Presenting
practices from many meditation traditions, including the meditations
of Osho and the teachings of Jack Kornfield, this space offers
beginners and consummate meditators alike a chance to learn and
deepen this practice of conscious living and benefit from the supportive
energy field that meditating in a group context offers.
The meditations
will begin with movement, supporting us to come present, free and
alive in our bodies, which makes meditating so much easier.
A short
introduction at the beginning and a brief sharing at the end is
designed to make the practice of meditation easy and accessible
for everyone. A variety of meditation techniques will be presented
in this ongoing series.
